If the situation is out of your control, "sorry" can be replaced with "thank you" or "excuse me" Say I open the door to a public restroom as a man walks out, and I bump into him. "Excuse me" works best, as the situation was not your fault or his. Try it - you'll feel better

@bizcoachclyde Absolutely! Every new business is a challenge. I see a lot of small biz guys “failing” When really they just didn’t spend enough time or effort on it It’s like trying to get a commercial plane off the ground but you only put in 1 gallon of gas What do you expect?!?

@BerndQu It is worth it!! If coffee every day helps me get my work done and bring home the bacon, then I am comfortable with that trade off. Besides, my wife doesn’t drink as much coffee as me so she can care for me when I’m all out of gray matter 😂
