@Poptart438911 @ThomasKlineMD Why is it that adequate pain relief is 1 of many health concerns for less developed countries? Bc other countries do, in fact, manage pain when they have the ability. Perhaps a little light research on the topic of pain relief in other countries would've illustrated that point.

Seems you've bought the falsehood that pts on pain mngmnt have 1 little achey wakey & run straight to Dr for pills.

Pts who've had strokes/MI would likely beg to differ. In countries where 20-25 is middle-aged, poor pain care undoubtedly factors.

@GuardianUS You do realize that BIPOC are being denied pain relief? Including cancer patients & other painful, incurable diseases. Whose side are you on, anyway? There are also recorded data on pain patient's who've ended their lives. It's not a "hoax". I hope the families don't see that.

@GuardianUS The only people with "ties to the industry" are the people you interviewed. Most advocates do what they do because they've either been personally affected by denial of pain relief or they've witnessed the impacts of human suffering in some other way. How about some investigation?

@itsbethbooker I'll be praying for your mom. My stepdad is a few minutes from the beach there in Ft. Myers, at his daughter's house. His daughter chose not to evacuate so he didn't have any way to either. He's in his 80's and uses a walker. Praying for all of them!

@VerizonSupport @Mr_xXxclu5ive I beg to differ. We haven't had any cell service in my area for 3 days. Y'all keep saying there isn't a problem when people call in. Oh, there's a problem. Half the town couldn't even call 911 if needed. In the past, it's been ice on the towers. At least send someone out to look.

Tentatively returning to world of Twitter. I'm now housed & have just won my 3yr battle w/SSA. Most difficult portion, anyway. I was given several apologies by the judge for what my local SSA has pulled & even though I'm waiting for my case to be restarted, I consider that a win.

@stcu In ref. to former @stcu tweet, policy prohibits deposits w/spouse's name unless spouse is on same acct. Hubby has POA for me, no need to be on his acct. Tried to preemptively change DD info at IRS twice to avoid this. Rejected pmnt, Big Sorry, no can do, doesn't keep AC on. Thx.

@stcu was phenomenal w/deposit issue in March. Same issue w/CTC payments. 'Sorry', even when July deposit was accepted. Not as sorry as we'll be w/o electricity in 100°+ temps. Even after we upheld our end. People used to honor integrity. Compassion is now matter of privilege.
