Interpreters, referring to yourself in the 3rd person is a good way to confuse people and make things awkward. It's not how people normally speak. #AdeptUK2018
Err on the side of being normal, and if that doesn't work, ramp it up. What do you do when talking to a friend and you miss something? When interpreting, aim for that. #AdeptUK2018
Role is manifested by behaviours (linguistic and others). Role behaviours do not exist in a vacuum. Role behaviours are reflections of mental Models, which reflect interpreters' Worldviews. #AdeptUK2018
