Productive meeting with @jiribr on the sidelines of the @pssi_prague conference. We discussed Czechia’s burgeoning defense trade with the United States, as well as U.S. arms export control policy, the benefits of the America First Arms Transfer Strategy, and dual-use controls. 🇺🇸 - 🇨🇿

Senior U.S. official Thomas DiNanno in Poland: Poland has not waited for others to secure its future. By any measure, Poland is a model US ally. This is NATO 3.0 in action. The United States will be making another $4 billion available in our foreign military financing program for Poland.

Defense is a cornerstone of the U.S.-Poland partnership. @USAmbPoland Tom Rose hosted a roundtable with @AmChamPoland’s Defense & Security Committee to deepen cooperation between government and industry. The discussion highlighted the strength of U.S.-Poland defense ties and their role in advancing readiness, interoperability, and NATO deterrence on the Eastern Flank. Close engagement with industry remains essential to delivering capabilities faster and strengthening shared security. Obronność stanowi fundament partnerstwa między Stanami Zjednoczonymi a Polską. @USAmbPoland Tom Rose zorganizował okrągły stół z Komitetem Obrony i Bezpieczeństwa Amerykańskiej Izby Handlowej w Polsce (@AmChamPoland), aby pogłębić współpracę między administracją publiczną a przemysłem. Today, the United States sanctioned 13 individuals and entities in Iran, Belarus, and China, including Hong Kong, for supporting Iran’s weapons procurement, including efforts to acquire MANPADS. In Prague, I’ll attend the Ninth Prague Space Security Conference. Finally, in Paris, I’ll meet with senior French foreign ministry officials on shared security interests. 🇵🇱🇨🇿🇫🇷
