@calleymeans Amazing! Nothing infuriated me more when my then 13 year old was in the hospital for 17 days due to appendicitis & follow up surgery. They were happy if he ate Skittles & DP. I questioned them on their tactics and they assured me some calories were better than no calories. 🤯😤

I don’t think the OP @HustleBitch_ understands how big of a factor the disability plays here, so it sadly wasn’t mentioned. It feels more about drawing attention to a mom struggling for clicks.

@MSkintm6978 @JulietsLurking @HustleBitch_ I used to judge things I did not understand too. Then life gave me a child with disabilities and a different perspective. One where I don’t rush to judgment when a mom is at her limit. Compasson always goes further than judgment ever will.

@JulietsLurking @HustleBitch_ Do you have a child who is physically/intellectually disabled? Do you believe that is the same as parenting a typical child? Coming from a married mother of four, one of whom is disabled, I can assure you that you are the one who in fact does not understand.

@Girlpatriot1974 My white grandmother picked cotton also. We added faux cotton blooms to the flowers at her funeral as a way to honor a part of her story. If you want to be a victim, you will always see through the eyes of the victim.

@TRHLofficial I’ve never thought about it, but yeah. It’s pretty crazy how little I’ve been sick the past few years. I used to get sick 3-4 times a year at least. I’m a redhead as well. Wonder if that is a component???

@DustyDeevers “Are there really that many children who need to be on an IEP?” Have you ever had a child on an IEP? Do you know the hoops parents & educators have to jump through to be and stay on an IEP? Maybe you should consult with parents before writing such a horrendous bill. 🤦‍♀️
