What did the agent buy, when did it clear, and can the team prove it later? The answer cannot be justified by a screenshot from a server. Bursar records receipts against settlement without publishing the whole job context.
Privacy products love the deposit flow. The real test is whether you can get your own capital back without complications Bursar keeps funding screened and exits open, so privacy is not a fancy way to get stuck.
Here, Bursar is building a private onchain spending mandates for AI agents On @RobinhoodCrypto
Welcome to Uptober. Bursar is focused on what comes next, when AI agents need to pay for APIs, tools and services without getting loose access to the treasury. New month, more building. On @RobinhoodCrypto
AI agents are starting to spend money on APIs, compute and services. The issue is not getting them a wallet. It is deciding what they are allowed to do with it. Bursar makes that an onchain mandate with a budget, spending limits and an expiry.
The world is going onchain. Even your AI agents, or should we say SI agents, will need a way to pay. Bursar gives them a defined mandate to spend on tools and services without handing over your entire wallet.
The world is going onchain. Don't get left on the old rails.
@wallet Clear spending limits when an agent needs to pay.
Hello Super Intelligence. Bursar is building the spending layer for autonomous agents. Budgets, rules, escrow and recovery, all onchain. It lets you fund real work without giving an agent your full wallet. Or give agent teams their own mandates and let them pay as they work.
The interesting part of our build is that an agent does not get an open wallet. It gets a mandate with a budget, spending rules and an expiry. When the job ends or the mandate expires, unused funds remain recoverable by the owner.
Bursar lets you give AI agents a set budget to spend on your behalf, without giving them full access to your funds. coming really soon to @RobinhoodApp
Agents are moving beyond research and into workflows where a missed delivery or bad response can carry a real cost. With Bursar, an agent’s payment is locked in escrow inside its mandate. The provider releases it with the required evidence, and the principal has a window to dispute the outcome before settlement becomes final.
24/7 markets put a different kind of pressure on the infrastructure around them. If agents are going to act while everyone is asleep, their access to capital cannot be open-ended. On Robinhood Chain, we are building a Bursar that mandates and gives the agent a budget, rules for where it can spend and an expiry, all onchain.
24/5 was just the start. 24/7 trading is coming soon 👀
As AI agents get smarter, they will do more than answer questions. They will pay for tools, services and work online. Building on @RobinhoodApp, Bursar lets you set what an agent can spend, where it can spend it and when that access ends.
Credit is available only inside Bursar’s collateral lane. Tokenized stocks and treasury tokens are assessed with asset-specific haircuts, so the system can monitor position health, flag stressed positions, and follow published repayment or liquidation rules.
Building Bursar on Robinhood Chain puts agent spending beside tokenized assets. Agents can use private, onchain budgets funded by tokenized treasuries and limited to approved services or eligible stocks. Bursar adds rules, verification and privacy at settlement.
Bursar separates funding an agent from surrendering a wallet. A principal can amend or revoke a mandate. Unused budget remains governed by the mandate rather than becoming an open balance an agent can keep spending from.
Giving an agent a budget should not mean giving it permanent control of capital. Bursar mandates have an expiry. Once the mandate ends, the agent can no longer use it and the principal retains control of funds that were not spent. Building Privacy on @RobinhoodApp
