@Brand0n you're not wrong, budget for it. realistically i'd set aside 3-5k for the usual suspects: MCU, door handles, air suspension, maybe a rear drive unit. the pack is the scary 15k+ line but on these it's rarely what actually goes.

@t_blom nobody believes it til they're in the seat. and the part people sleep on: that same fsd is on used 3s and Ys for thousands less than new. quietly the best value in the car market right now.

We track every used Model 3/Y in Tesla's nationwide inventory. ~1,300 live right now, and nearly 60% sit in the '22 to '24 and 20-50k mile band. Inferred from there the classic off lease age/mileage profile. Working on pulling more data sources into this now. What have you guys seen?

@MTSInsights Used EV days' supply at 31 says it all. These cars turn fast because the value is obvious. Off-lease Model 3 and Y inventory is the sweet spot right now.
