Never assume you're the only one that feels like they have no clue what's going on. It can look like everyone else is cruising and you're the one struggling, but that is DEFINITELY not the case. Things are rarely as they appear. This is why sharing experiences is powerful.
I'm chairing a session at @100Optical where @VECCTR have been able to provide a platform for ECRs to give an invited talk - so I was already pretty excited but the arrival of the merch has pushed me over the edge 😂🤩🌟 Featuring top advice from @megan_hv 😘
