Great news for Temple Devotees! In 2024, I had challenged G.O. No. 336 issued by the then DMK Government authorizing a shopping complex to be built right in of the Eastern Raja Gopuram of Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple - utilizing Rs. 6.40 Crores of Temple Funds. I and Shri Allikuttai Radhakrishnan had challenged the said G.O. through separate PILs. The Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to stay the construction right in the beginning. After coming to power TVK Government through Hon'ble Minister @RameshOffcl announced the withdrawal of the approvals given to many shopping complex projects announced earlier. Recently, TVK Govt represented in the Court regarding the withdrawal of earlier offensive G.O. 336 of 2023 through G.O. No. 58 dated 19.06.2026. Today the Hon'ble Judges Justice Shri G. Jayachandran and Justice Shri E. Manoharan, hearing this matter, directed the Commissioner of @tnhrcedept and the District Collector of Tiruvannamalai to coordinate with the Public Works Department (PWD) to return the Rs.9.40 Crores deposited with PWD - back to Sri Arunachaleswarar Temple with any interest applicable. Once again Hon'ble Madras High Court has come to protect Hindu temples, their funds and properties. This is a phenomenal development where an illegal proposal was not only stayed and subsequently withdrawn - but the temple funds involved also ordered to be returned. The 2nd Good News today from Madras High Court for Temple Worshipping Hindus ! The ancient Sri Parthasarati Temple, Tiruvallikeni, Chennai - One of the 108 Divyadesams. A temple where the infamous @tnhrcedept has been continuing with a TRIPLE FRAUD for more than 4 Decades - A. Framed a Scheme of Administration for this Thenkalai Srivaishnava Denominational Temple in violation of Section 107 of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959 and Article 26 of the Constitution B. Appointed an Executive Officer to this Denominational Temple without having any authority under Section 45 of the 1959 Act C. This is the Super Fraud! Appointed the illegal Executive Officer as the SOLE TRUSTEE of the same temple and continued so for 46 years. Hindus in Triplicane and beyond have been Mandus for 60+ years in not defending their fundamental rights usurped by a Rogue Department. The fraud administration should have legally kicked out long back. Today the temple is losing Rs.100/- Crores per annum due to the corrupt and inefficient administration of the temple by @tnhrcedept The Hon'ble Division Bench hearing my PIL challenging the functioning of the non-est Executive Officer i.e. an unfit person functioning as the "Fit Person" of the Srivaishnava Temple - today gave an ultimatum to the Department to remove the "Fit Person" and appoint qualified trustees. The Bench observed that earlier judgments have held that an Executive Officer of a Temple cannot be the Fit Person of the same temple. In my petition I had pointed out that a servant of the Government being appointed as the Sole Trustee of a temple is in violation and contempt of the law laid down by a Constitution Bench of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Not less than ₹2700 Crores of Hindu Temple Funds illegally parked in TN Power Finance Corporation an NBFC owned by Govt of Tamil Nadu - The NBFC has a BBB (-) rating. The lowest rating for a Deposit Taking NBFC. Hindu Devotees should remember the deposits made in TN PFC are NOT guaranteed by Govt of Tamil Nadu. Temple Funds and University Funds in Tamil Nadu have been forcibly invested in this NBFC whose only job is to lend to TANGEDCO of TN Govt which now has ₹1,60,000 Crores accumulated losses. Besides TNPFC has taken at least ₹8000 Crores deposit from Public in excess of the limit it can receive as public deposits. These should be returned immediately. TN PFC has flouted RBI and Income tax Rules repeatedly Why should Hindu Temple Funds be deposited in such a shaky NBFC? Time has come to legally kick out @tnhrcedept from Hindu Temples - - a department that shamelessly indulges in public fraud and tax violations

Not only is this very unfortunate but also it shows the level of hatred they harbour in their minds towards an eternal Dharma that helps us to lead a meaningful life! DMK & TVK, in their very short history, have proven to the people that they are two sides of the same coin. DMK has forgotten what their constant attack on Sanathana Hindu Dharma has brought them to. The DMK government has reportedly removed the official Rupee symbol ‘₹’ from the Tamil Nadu Budget 2025-26 documents, which will be presented tomorrow. If the DMK (@arivalayam) has a problem with ‘₹’, why didn’t it protest back in 2010 when it was officially adopted under the @INCIndia-led UPA government, at a time when the DMK was part of the ruling alliance at the Centre? Ironically, ‘₹’ was designed by Th. D Udaya Kumar, the son of former DMK MLA N. Dharmalingam. By erasing it now, the DMK is not only rejecting a national symbol but also utterly disregarding the creative contribution of a Tamil youth. Moreover, the Tamil word ‘Rupaai’ (ரூபாய்) itself has deep roots in the Sanskrit word ‘Rupya,’ meaning ‘wrought silver’ or ‘a worked silver coin.’ This term has resonated across centuries in Tamil trade and literature, and even today, ‘Rupaai’ remains the currency name in Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka. In fact, several countries, including Indonesia, the Maldives, Mauritius, Nepal, Seychelles, and Sri Lanka, officially use ‘Rupee’ or its 'equivalent/derivatives' as their currency name. Rupee symbol ‘₹’ is internationally well-recognized and serves as a visible identity of India in global financial transactions. At a time when India is pushing for cross-border payments using UPI, should we really be undermining our own national currency symbol? All elected representatives and authorities are sworn under the Constitution to uphold the sovereignty and integrity of our nation. Removing a national symbol like '₹' from the State Budget documents goes against that very oath, weakening the commitment to national unity. This is more than mere symbolism—it signals a dangerous mindset that weakens Indian unity and promotes secessionist sentiments under the pretence of regional pride. A completely avoidable example of language and regional chauvinism.
