@ChristineETC Hi! Visa eStatements are available in online banking and Manage My Visa for up to 24 months. If you need older copies, you can call Card Services at 1-888-877-4543 and they’ll be happy to help request printed statements (a $2 fee per statement applies). -AN

Some savings accounts charge higher fees (like $5) for debit or in-person transactions since they’re indeed meant for saving, not everyday use. @TracyGreen70859 Hello Tracy, payments like disability benefits are issued by a government or third party, so the timing is outside of Vancity’s control. If your deposit is consistently late, it’s best to confirm the payment date directly with the provider to see when it was issued.
