@VeryHelpers hello, I have an item of clothing that was purchased maybe end of November didn’t receive it until the first week of December. Anyway the item has ripped along the seam where the arm is, it’s only been worn and washed twice? Can I return this now for a refund?

@VeryHelpers Don’t Don’t buy from this company , terrible after sales care , even after Apple have stated very should replace or repair under consumer rights act . The messing around calling and hours ( 1 hour 15 mins , etc ) is not acceptable. AVOID , AVOID

@VeryHelpers I’m still waiting for you to actually go off script and help. I’ve requested a call from a manager since 8pm last night and you keep stalling with the same script.

@VeryHelpers does anybody actually answer your customer service line? Returned an item nearly 3 weeks ago and still not reflected in the account balance.
