Coping With Traumatic Loss Support Group - Guidance through the Stages of Grief. Every Tuesday Evening from 6-8pm While there is no right or wrong way to grieve, there are healthy ways to cope with the pain that, in time, can renew you and permit you to move on.
Think of forgiveness more about how it can change your life - by bringing you peace, happiness, emotional and spiritual healing. Forgiveness can take away the power the other person continues to wield in your life.
When things are breaking down or getting worse, remember that the greatest stories on the planet happen when someone decides not to give up - but to keep on going no matter what. Help is out there.
We specialize in wellness, residency, prevention and recovery behavioral health services and we will make a plan just for you. When bad things happen, or triggers erupt, the ability to 'calm, collect, and carry-on' becomes core resiliency and renewal is holistically empowerment.
What's in your Wellness Toolbox? This is what gives me the Courage to Change; eating three healthy meals a day, drinking plenty of water, reading self-help books, yoga, writing in my journal, and talking to a friend daily. What makes you feel good?
