@TUIUKcares Yes I did that and have been calling secondary tracing twice daily. They can’t seem to find anyone to look for my bag though. Emails remain unanswered and phone calls ignored. We are now on day 8 with no clothes for our children and a whole load of precious holiday wasted....

@TUIUKcares You would hope that an organisation as big as TUI can influence their contractors who are responsible for rushing bags onto flights. In all likelihood my bag has been left on a cage at Gatwick for 9 day. @TUIUKcares

@Gatwick_Airport still waiting for our luggage which wasn’t put on our flight on 20/7. Got told yesterday there are 100 rush bags on cages at LGW still not forwarded on. Our children have had no clothes for a whole week. Can you help?

@Gatwick_Airport The secondary tracing team at TUI haven’t been able to locate my bag which was supposed to have been rushed on an easyJet flight a week ago. They just say there are rush bags still waiting and mine MIGHT be one of them. They are reliant on DHL apparently. Can you help?

@TUIUKcares our two children have had no clothes, shoes, underwear, or toiletries for 6 days now due to a bag not making it onto our flight on 20/7. Gatwick day it was sent to Milan on 20/7, although they can’t find it. Can you help????
