@amazon I just chatted with an agent, I was polite but stated that I was disappointed with the situation. Within minutes of that chat, I got an email stating my prime membership was canceled. And it was. I paid for a year. I still have 8 months left. Awful.

Hey @Walmarthelp @Walmart, I was left humiliated at an Arkansas store today. I tried to redeem a valid manufacturer rebate and was met with eyerolls, sarcasm, and flat-out disrespect. Completely unacceptable. Who handles customer service escalation?
