The rules do not mandate any length of time a first time attender should stay at a Branch meeting. My view is that photo id verifications should be done at the end of a meeting – it is less disruptive and allows proper inspection of photo id by all members of the

Prior to now a Party member had three times been to the Tribunal as previously constituted on a similar issue about elections at State Conference. Those Tribunal members took the view that it was the delegate’s decision what they did with their ballot paper
