You need to clarify by texting you mean a citizen of the United States that lives in the state of Texas. Am I right? Texas is filled with non-citizens, and we wouldn't want them to think that they are included in the American dream when they came into this country illegally and have taken advantage of the benefits that are meant for those who rightfully deserve them.
