The fact remains that the Cleanfill has been non-compliant throughout the life of Stage 3 and #HuttCityCouncil have not taken effective action to address this. The final audit is damning. i.stuff.co.nz/environment/12…

Is this what Council spin & mendacious propaganda looks like? HCC publicly claim the Cleanfill is closed. 🧐 Hmm It doesn’t look very closed. The bulldozer is very active, vehicles & people are onsite. Lots of activity and noise = not closed.
