A posted wait is a snapshot—not a promise. The better read: is that number high or low for the ride and the time of day? Check what’s typical before you cross the park.
EPCOT: Guardians ~95 and Frozen is DOWN. Skip the Guardians standby spike — soft fills instead: Seas with Nemo ~10, Figment / Spaceship Earth ~20, Mission SPACE / Turtle Talk ~15, Journey of Water walk-on. Remy ~65, Test Track ~60 if you still want a headliner.
HS right now: Slinky is CLOSED. Rise ~60, Rock ’n’ Roller ~60, Runaway Railway ~65. Soft fill while those cool: Star Tours ~5. Walk that, then recheck Rise / Falcon (~35).
@COSportsNut For Food & Wine, Mexico and Japan are fun early stops; take one slow World Showcase lap instead of chasing every booth. For the Broncos, Disney Springs is your best bet—check City Works or Splitsville and reserve if you can. Hope your first WDW trip is fantastic!

@PrincessTiffD23 @disneytipsguy The buses themselves are usually straightforward; I’d just give Magic Kingdom a generous buffer because the wait and resort stops are what add time. For Disney Springs, going before the dinner rush makes it feel much easier. Your park-hopper/MVMCP plan should be manageable.
