It has been a long road of recovery since the restaurant on Cape Cod illegally discharging grease in a public walkway on 1-7-25 caused my complete quad tendon tear. My doctor tells me this is a career ending injury for an athlete; however, I will continue to push myself on all cylinders and NEVER GIVE UP - gradually rebuilding strength back and continuing to hit physical therapy as hard as possible.

The @EPA publicly said there was no imminent threat following an explosion at a lubrication manufacturing plant in Roseland, LA. Privately, they called it a "grave threat" and "immediate risk." FOIA documents show two contradictory statements were made on August 27 - 5 days after the explosion. Meanwhile, local residents are grappling with dementia symptoms, chronic fatigue, chemical burns, seizures, and nose bleeds.
