And $30,531.27 shown by the platform as available earnings is not a “future affiliate payment.” It has already been generated. Ending someone’s participation going forward and taking money already earned are two completely different things. I checked both versions. The Terms I preserved were last updated on September 24, 2024. The current Terms were updated on July 7, 2026. The relevant wording remains the same. Empire’s own Terms say that even when an account is closed, the user can withdraw their funds. The very next sentence expressly mentions compensation for unclaimed referral earnings. The Terms also identify the situations in which funds or referral earnings may actually be withheld: funds obtained through bugs, exploits, skin price manipulation or other malicious methods, and abuse of the affiliate system through self-referrals. So which one applies to my $30,531.27? Show the evidence. The wording matters. The exception refers to the method by which the funds were obtained. My commissions were generated by users registered under my referral code placing bets on the platform. Even if your accusations about my conduct were true, which I deny, that would not prove that these commissions were generated through a bug, an exploit, price manipulation or self-referral abuse. You cannot turn ordinary referral commissions into exploit proceeds after the fact simply because you dislike the person who earned them. And please stop calling this an employee payment. Empire’s own referral system says that customers and advertisers using a referral code receive commission. I was not asking for a salary as an employee or representative. I was asking to withdraw commission that Empire’s own platform displays as available earnings. The changing story is becoming obvious. First, Monarch said there was some special influencer deal. You still have not shown it or explained what it supposedly changed about my standard referral terms. Then CSGOEmpire’s written response relied on a Rewards clause concerning gift-case jackpots and bot abuse. Now you are relying on a completely different general conduct clause. Different clause every time, but still no clause authorising the forfeiture of accrued referral commissions. You have also publicly stated as fact that I committed harassment, threats and extortion. Extortion is a criminal accusation, not a casual Twitter label. I deny that allegation. You have not produced any evidence here, there is no judgment establishing it, and you are presenting it publicly as a fact. Your statement has been preserved and will be added to the legal file for the competent authorities to assess. And since you appear to be working with outdated information, Ossi himself contacted me and proposed a settlement. The complete, unedited conversation is preserved. The matter was already in the hands of the police and judicial authorities, as he knew, and he continued contacting me privately after I explicitly asked him to stop. So before asking me for an apology, please provide what you keep avoiding: The exact clause authorising Empire to confiscate accrued referral commissions. First, show me the exact clause in CSGOEmpire’s Terms that you claim allows them to confiscate already-earned referral rewards because they no longer want someone as an affiliate. Not terminate the affiliate relationship going forward. Not ban the account. Confiscate funds that were already earned. Those are very different things. I checked the Terms applicable at the time and saved them. So this should be very easy to settle. Show me the clause, the version and the date. If I’m wrong, I’ll say so publicly. But there’s an even bigger problem with what you’re saying. One tweet ago, you were telling everyone that Monarch and his companies are different because they don’t use investigations or account restrictions as an excuse to hold people’s money. Your exact words were: “If you win, you will get paid, always.” Then I show actual evidence of my funds being blocked and suddenly the argument changes to: well, in your case withholding them is reasonable. You can’t have both. And you might also want to update your information before publicly accusing me of “blackmailing Monarch for money.” Ossi himself is the one who approached me and proposed a settlement. Not the other way around. Thankfully, this isn’t something that needs to be decided on Twitter anymore. Everything is already in the hands of the police and the courts, as Ossi knows perfectly well. Even after that, and after I explicitly told him to stop contacting me directly, he has continued messaging me privately. I’m stating categorically that this is false. My affiliate terms are exactly the same as those of any other user who signs up on the site. They’re your standard terms for anyone with a referral code. I don’t have any affiliate agreement. That $30,500 is under exactly the same terms and conditions as any other player’s funds. And if that’s not true, prove it. I’ll be right here. Let’s see those facts. I’d also love to see proof of all the other lies he throws in there to make the story sound better. And by the way, even if any of them were true, that still wouldn’t give you the right to withhold my funds. You can ban me if you want, sure, but according to your own Terms & Conditions from that time, which I have safely saved and which probably still haven’t changed, you have no right to keep my money. That’s a crime. It’s misappropriation. But the most surprising thing isn’t that you’re just another casino doing this, another casino withholding someone’s funds. It’s that, ironically, you market yourselves as the exact opposite. That’s what makes this whole thing so shameful. If what you’re saying is true, prove it right here in front of everyone.
