Three storms coming, the first has started. The tail end of the second storm has snow levels perhaps at 2,000 feet or lower early Tuesday morning - it’s been years since snow was in the forecast for some of the inland valleys.

Rain has been relentless today. We are at station record daily rainfall totals for several stations at this hour: 4.84” in Temecula, 5.10” in De Luz, 4.24” in Fallbrook and 4.81” in Lake Elsinore.

Temecula’s rainfall is at 3.35” for the day at 8:22 am. For those wondering, this is already the second wettest day since we started recording precipitation in 2000. Wettest: 4.23” on November 30, 2007.
