I am not sure if a logomark should be responsible for standing out. It should identify the company. Different logos could work for same subject. What if you view those (GS) logos without story and motion? But generally speaking. X is a lot about noise and I wouldnt take it too seriously.

@xmuhammadtalha @framer yeah. Think both ways have their ups and downs. Micro niche could be really good if you know exactly how to dominate this. And perhaps for upsells to custom.

also. Those who make money. They probably use local agencies doing some random stuff instead going for DIY and templates. Probably those agencies doing SME sites is the real key where to market. Yet I don’t know about affiliate coming through then as probably ways to break the chain and collect it on their own
@krealdesign @ohioaustyn @framer Been doing it here. But does require marketing push as this market seems heavily towards Wix and those companies probably don’t even know about Framer bubble.
One way I can feel your pain. Other way it feels bit unfair. As it is kind of normal that if you run as company people who work for you learn the tips and tricks. And at one point go on their own. However good to hear that its going good. And I guess if people sign up knowing your rules its ok. Curious how big is your team as you seem to ship a lot.
@IrakliBeridze7 you think? I still hope that @framer at least tries to make it fair for everyone. There should be real ROI for them too. But I might be wrong without inside info and current business model is more profitable to them.
Oh wellllllllllllll Good news. I have my own Framer template "store" now. Bad news. I created some unnecessary AI slop to the world. This happens when your website is not in Framer and you dont want to spend a week designing and developing it. Link below

Quality. Guess you have written that you provide <something> with high quality. What does this even mean?
@FKThedesigner well. On big picture I believe there is a lot of potential to go much better. Currently most templates I have. For SMEs. Its really hard for people to find those. And I feel if Framer improves marketplace UX it would help a lot there. But need to market on our own too.

Dedicated post to all @framer template creators. .... again. What I want to say is. BE PATIENT. I see lots of topics. "Client found my template and launched in 0.22 seconds". and then I see topics. "New marketplace. We cooked." or "Oh my free template was launched 22h ago and no sales." I could. Or shoudl I say should. Do much more to promote my templates. Yet there is still a pretty strong pattern I see with affiliate income. A lot of times people buy after a month. Or even more. And a lot of times I see that they have created new project multiple times. And I find it good. A) Creating multiple projects. I feel that people might first remix multiple templates and see which ones they like and can edit as they need. B) Investing one month into building a website is good. Its a serious business. 1-2 months is in agency average time to build a SME website. So DIY or freelancer to agency template offer follows that pattern too. Yet I am also more confident to say that these users bring you affiliate income for the next 12 months. Whatever you think. Or feel. Know it takes time. Quality is baseline. Progress is needed. Patience gives peace of mind. And results will follow.
