This week has been bad for many. We don’t discount that, but to top it off, our walk-through before closing has uncovered multiple pipe bursts. Always something.

@Jb2Investments In our experience, the owner (long or short term), usually has someone else input the data. They rarely, if ever, verify that data. We see this often. The management company should have uncovered in the title comm. or city records. During a DD, it is our job to verify that info.
