@gator_gum He's had plenty of opportunities to succeed. He's smart enough to know that not talking to, not cooperatiing on security & generally pissing off the US is dumb strategy. Ailigning with China is dumb. Not removing tanker ban, pipeline ban & removing Provincial vetoes is also dumb.
