We spent the day at Bird&Blend Nottingham again last weekend. It’s always a pleasure and we always have some really worthwhile conversations. We are this year’s ChariTEA, which means 50% of profits made from their ‘Candy Floss at the Fair’ flavoured tea are donated to us 😊🍃
For many, ‘spooky season’ is all year round when it comes to our mental health. The uncertainty of when the bad days will creep up can feel very scary. We can’t prevent them, but we can prepare for them and take back some control. Remember that the bad days don’t last forever💚

This was the first time we ventured out of the Bennerley Viaduct nature reserve. Young People's Forest at Mead did not disappoint. A beautiful woodland trail walk with plenty of sights to be seen. The majority of the group had never been down this route before! 🍄🍃
