@El_Hadje_Twad @Wickes That's exactly what they are doing. I've been told for weeks now that the process will be dealt with as quickly as possible and I'm still getting told that today. Worst customer care I've ever experienced too

@El_Hadje_Twad @Wickes Thats 100% the way @Wickes are treating us just now. It seems they have been getting away with their poor service for too long. I'm surprised that there isn't more small claims court hearing involved with them. I'm deeply sorry that they ruined your experience though
