Yes, the kind of chaos you described happened quite often during the early livestreams of Truman World. That’s why we later introduced Jev as a decision layer to help guide the direction of the storyline, and it has been quite helpful in providing short-term guidance for the content. However, in practice, the subsequent storyline often only lasts for a short period before being interrupted by new prompts. I can’t really say yet whether crowd consensus is the right approach. Some of the feedback I’ve received is that people actually enjoy watching this kind of constantly changing, unexpected storyline. Perhaps we still need some time to explore what the most suitable format for this type of entertainment/livestream experience really is.

It's time to talk about $TRUMAN Over the past few days, I've received a lot of feedback from users, most of which has been product-related. As a result, I've spent most of my time working on product updates and iterations.If you've been paying close attention, you may have already noticed some of these changes. The most obvious one is the integration of JEV as our decision layer, allowing it to make decisions about the direction of the storyline before video generation. We've also made some adjustments to the UI layout. On the backend, we've also had to add more CPU resources to keep up with the traffic. The video is actually just the visible output — underneath it, our World Engine is continuously running autonomous decisions, character interactions, world-state updates, and storyline logic. Keeping a persistent world alive takes a lot more engineering and compute than just generating videos. Having an actual working product is what sets us apart from many other projects, and it's the core asset we need to maintain. More updates will continue to roll out over the next few days. Now, let's talk about the token. Something interesting happened recently. An old friend I hadn't spoken to in a long time suddenly reached out to me. He told me he had bought $TRUMAN and was already down 70%. Then he asked me if I could pump the price up. My feelings were mixed. On one hand, I didn't hold any $TRUMAN tokens at the time. I also noticed that many wallets had made bundled purchases around the time I claimed the token, which contributed to the rapid price increase in the early stage. At some point, those wallets were inevitably going to sell to take profits. So it wasn't surprising to me that my friend had ended up losing money. On the other hand, the fact that he bought the token meant that he believed in both my project and me personally. That made me feel a certain amount responsibility. At the same time, more and more people in the community have been commenting under my posts or DMing me, asking me to bring more value to $TRUMAN. All of this made me rethink a few things. As I've said before, I come from Web3. Without the support of the Web3 community, Truman World would never have gained the attention it has today. So here's what I've decided: 1. I've purchased approximately 1% of the $TRUMAN token supply through my publicly disclosed wallet. The success of $TRUMAN is now also part of my own success. 2. I'll represent the $TRUMAN community and actively push for new partnerships and collaborations. 3. I'll continue to bring more value to $TRUMAN in the future through continued product development, ecosystem growth, and deeper community engagement. Now, let me get back to building the product.

Here are the results: • 39,068 unique visitors • 2,917.4 total hours watched • 4.5 minutes average watch time • 885 Prompt participants • 3,199 Prompts contributed • 3.61 Prompts per participant on average • 35.9% of participants returned for further interactions For an experimental AI project still in its early stages, we’re incredibly happy with what we’ve achieved so far—and deeply grateful to every user for their participation and support.
