@defense_diaries @GrantSmithEllis Towel girlfriend does a great job recapping the day while Grant was gone. Her notes are kind of short hand, but she has a great memory.

It's funny how Greg Abbott and Ken Paxton are running on "Fixing Texas" when the Republicans have controlled the entire state for 30 goddamn years

Microdots latest video is superb. For an hour, I watched in complete horror to what those pedophiles did to Sandra. The depiction of Sandra’s final moments. Filled me with deep sadness and immense anger. One portion of the video stood out. The former Deputy Police Chief ROBERT DIVINE. This man is now a lawyer. Listen closely to watch this pedophile has to say. When he’s being interviewed. What do perpetrators of child SA and abuse. Always state. “ It was the victims fault” This grown man. No doubt a husband, a father and at the time he was a Detective Sgt. He states that a CHILD. I repeat a CHILD. propositioned him. He states, that Sandra said “when are you going to rail me”. What child would use language like that. He also states. A grown man, “ I had no choice”. This man should be in cuffs. Along with all the other paedophiles and those who covered it up. What’s sickening. He is sat with kids, reading them a story. How sickening is that. Courtesy of @DropMicrodots

Matthew Farwell with his newborn child after murdering Sandra Birchmore, does he look like a happy father?

The @MassStatePolice are simps for murderers with badges🔵

I’m seeing a trend…🥷

The Cellibrite reports used as exhibits during yesterday's Sandra Birchmore trial (US vs Matthew Farwell) are the same exact type of reports used in the John O'Keefe trial (MA vs Karen Read). If you believe all of the data from Cellibrite of Sandra's case, you must also believe the data from Cellibrite of John's case as they are the same reports using the same software. The only difference is the source of said data. This would include the data from Jennifer McCabe's cell phone and the 2:27am Google search "hos long to die in cold."

Here is our playlist of our dramatic readings of every glorious word @GrantSmithEllis is transcribing from the Federal Courthouse where Matthew Farwell is standing trial for the Murder of Sandra Birchmore. We think it’s the absolute best way to follow the trial. You be the Judge. 😉 youtube.com/playlist?list=…

@susanevaughn @Carriesouto @GrantSmithEllis @KristinaRex Easier to read, but much less info. Which could be a ok. As I normally watch trials, I prefer the more transcript like version. So I gotta navigate the long threads.

@GrantSmithEllis where would one find the internal affairs investigations related to Birchmore?

@Realitytv__fann He lost in fire. Devens was the last man voted out.

@RobertReality 🤯

@DoctorTurtleboy They have to prove the state police fucked up the investigation to disprove the suicide

@GrantSmithEllis You deserve the rest!

When investigating a suspicious death where there is a good faith reason to seriously consider criminality by a police officer who indisputably committed statutory rape, abused a young woman for years and was seen entering/exiting the deceased's apartment shortly before her death, perhaps serious questioning and ascertaining the truth is a wee bit more important than accommodating a possible suspect (and likely murderer) to "keep the temperature down." The concerns with the MSP get worse by the day. It is no surprise why so many question their competence and integrity in certain high-profile investigations. And this is all in addition to Proctor, who has nothing to do with the Birchmore investigation, which is looking more scandalous by the hour.

"No suspicion of foul play." Just potential facial injuries, a torn sweatshirt, a broken necklace, lividity inconsistent with the position in which she was found, no note, and a boyfriend with a motive who was the last person to see her alive. The BEST case scenario is that every single trooper who touched this case is way too incompetent to be trusted with a badge.

@Estey617 "You talked to Principal Reynolds at 11:15am on Feb 5?" "Yes." "When was the autopsy for Sandra Birchmore?" "That day." "Are you permitted to attend autopsies?" "Yes." "Did you attend?" "No, there was no suspicion of foul play."

The year before Sandra Birchmore's death, Matthew Farwell indicated his intentions to choke her on at least 20 separate occasions. DA Michael Morrissey and his investigators insist he's innocent.

Sandra Birchmore was found hanging in a position that was not indicative of suicide. There was a baby stroller she just ordered in the apartment. A huge masked man more than a foot taller than Sandra is seen entering and then leaving the apartment building 30 minutes later. State Police never treated him as a suspect. There is nothing you can do as a cop in Norfolk county to be treated like any other citizen would be

Now we see the motion activated clip of Matthew Farwell arriving at Sandra's apartment after 9:07PM ET. "Did you recognize this person?" "No." "Did you identify this person to law enforcement?" "Yes." "How did you do that." "I told 'em I didn't know that guy and I had nevah

@TheJawaiian *in regards to George Floyd video 😂

@TheJawaiian I’m not going to lie, I had not seen the whole clip. I was wrong. A little embarrassed, I know better than to trust the internet 🤦🏻‍♀️. I was always pro letting your castmates judge your character, but I was low key wrong about my assumptions.
