A man was asked to paint a boat. He brought his paint and brushes and began painting it bright red, just as the owner requested. While working, he noticed a small hole in the hull. Nobody asked him to fix it. Nobody was watching. Nobody offered to pay him extra. But he quietly repaired it anyway. When the job was finished, he collected his payment and left.
