@SarahEwing Hey Sarah, sorry again for the trouble. Again, importing large accounts can take some time, but we're happy to hear it seemed to work out in the end.
@SarahEwing Your data is safe and the importer will still work until June, so no need to worry about losing your data tomorrow. We recommend getting in touch with our To Do support team in-app. They can take a closer look at why you're having an issue with the importer.
@SarahEwing Do you mean that you've checked the import status or started a new import on different devices? Unfortunately, it's not possible to restart the import on a different device. If you DM the email address you use with Wunderlist, we can check if you have a large account on our end. x.com/messages/compo…
@SarahEwing Without knowing how large your account is, it's difficult to estimate how long the import will run. Do you happen to have a lot of files in your account?
@JanetGunter You can find out more about Wunderlist and GDPR on our FAQs here - msft.it/6019T9Epl. We recommend getting in touch with our support team, but this is the sole way to delete an account for security reasons.
