@Ceaseless_boid Dead bug. Also typical weight loss stuff, like walking 5 km a day or not eating as many sugary foods, or adding beans to bulk up your food without raising the calories immensely. Don't ditch sugary stuff, that'll just make you want to quit. Besides, "Everything in moderation".
