Lockdown 1. Worked 4 shifts after which I drive straight home, to bed then got up and did it all over again. Then my wife did exactly the same. I caught Covid probably whilst at work, ended up in icu for close to 6 weeks, ventilated and finally with a tracheostomy. 1/3

I told my 10 year old son that I wasn’t feeling great b/c I got my period. He got me a heating pad, m&m’s, and kissed my forehead. Periods don’t need to make kids uncomfortable. #TurningRed
