Spotify, this drives me crazy… you’re listening to a song you love so you click the “+” and then 4 SECONDS later it says in tiny, tiny print “change”. When you hit the plus sign you should instantaneously go to your playlist section…why not?! #UX #BadUX #Spotify #HCI

What works about this so well is the concept of “range differention” meaning that it shows how one product can be suited to a range of varying user demographics. It’s a smart marketing play and also helpful to the consumer. #UX #design #productdesign #designthinking

Baby pacifiers don’t stay in baby’s mouth’s! There has got to be a safe way to keep a similar device that stays put. Perhaps a hat with plastic curved “wings” to hold it in place. Why not?! #Design #UX #ProductDesign

This is my hand…and toothbrush! The object is made of 2 pieces, the lower with the battery and top piece, which is a removable tip. Why isn’t there some way of notifying me when I should change it?! Come on! That’s an easy one, why not?! #productdesign #UC #HFE #industrialdesign
