في ذكرى استشهاد الساروت، مقالتي التي نشرت في أربعينيته
يصادف اليوم الذكرى السنوية لرحيل عبد الباسط الساروت. ففي صباح يوم السبت الثامن من حزيران (يونيو) 2019، توفي الساروت متأثراً بجراحه التي أُصيب بها خلال معارك لصدّ تقدم قوات النظام في ريف حماة الشمالي، وذلك بعد ثماني سنوات من الانخراط الكامل في الثورة السورية. توفي الساروت مقاتلاً

من أسبوع غسلت أيدي وتحممت بالإيديولوجية، ووقعت واحد من كتبي للمعلم الأول أرسطوطاليس! صابون الإدين والحمام بالأوتيل الي قضيت فيه يومين كان اسمو إيديولوجيا، وشب يوناني اسمو أرسطوطاليس طلب توقيع نسخة مترجمة للألمانية من كتابي عن الفظيع. ما كان بيعرف أنو نسمي أرسطو المعلم الأول!
