@ckaiserca @RaeMalcolm @Bell_LetsTalk no one is stigmatizing you for taking medication, it's just that medication should NEVER be any doctors first line especially long acting often permanent SSRIs and MAOIs. I have talked to many a people who have been put on various cocktails of chems to no avail

@RaeMalcolm @Bell_LetsTalk I understand that our mental health is closely tied to what you have mentioned. But for some people, like myself, additional help is needed. Try not to oversimplify mental health by assuming you know all the answers. Keep well.

@Bell_LetsTalk Let's see these issues without the persuading back to big pharma. Let's not assume to call these issues a "mental health issue" when it could really be another issue (financial, karma, spiritual, housing, a lack of vigorous exercise, etc.).
