@AffordAnything Sorry, just want to make sure I follow. Apartments in NYC are too expensive that tens of thousand (and growing) are empty and you’re take away is rent stabilized apartments having their rents frozen will prevent future development…? Wouldn’t it be easier to explain your bias?
