Applying this makes sure you’re a step ahead. Feint -> opponent reacts so you make a read Step -> opponent has to follow and regain positioning Shoot -> after seeing many feints his brain will be worn out and the shot will land Solid advice 👏

Feints work quite well when paired with lateral movement. Not just feint + shoot. Not just step + shoot Rather, feint + step + shoot = more chance to land. This way, you overload your opponent’s operating system where its attention is competing between multiple threatening

It’s interesting how the Thai gyms are going more towards a western type style of training in this era. But the way to stand out in this era would be to return to the way the golden age fighters trained. Not intensity wise but teaching wise.
