@ATT @ATTHelp you all responded last night but never followed up. Went to two stores for help, and was not help and passed over. Got on phone and was on hold for over a hour and half. Good Lord.

Just had the worse experience with @ATT . After 20years of phone, internet and TV service to be treated with the disrespect I just got is crazy. Customer service hung up on me three times, and rushed out the store cause it was 5 five minutes pass closing. Thats just..........
