@mybyk_in My withdrawal request has not yet been processed for more than a week now. When I speak to the customer support all they say is, due to technical issue withdrawals and refunds are not being processed. Extremely dissatisfied!!

The maturity date was 1st April 2023 neither the money has been deposited in my account or it's allowing me to close the smart deposit. Requesting you to kindly intervene and resolve it as soon as possible.
