@RoyalMail Shocking service. On 6th Oct I spent £9.25 for special delivery of a legal document and have no way of knowing whether it reached the destination because there is NO customer service contact numbers or other avenues. Even @RoyalMailHelp doesn't respond to their DMs. I'm furious!
