My problem with Physical copies since the PS3 was that they still carry a license and is revocable regardless. Yes you can forever stay offline and play those games—but say a company has issues a EULA revoke on your product, the moment you go online you can lose it potentially.

I'm sorry I haven't really been active this week, especially with all the news. I have loved Destiny for nearly a decade and Marathon since that first trailer dropped. It's kinda alot watching one of your favourite games die and then be ridiculed for enjoying the other.

As long as Marathon is still alive, there's still hope. Let's hope Marathon lasts at least 3 years so that other projects at Bungie can get the green light, because it would be a shame to lose a great game like Marathon and a company as talented as Bungie.

I feel so terribly about what's happening to Bungie, man. This is the studio that brought 2 generational franchises only to be upended by shortsighted vision and corporate greed. Bungie needing to restructure was always inevitable and I pray that those developers being laidoff find a new home for their incredible talents. The silverlining is that Bungie now has the only chance they could have to be great once again—highly successful games like DBD and Warframe are being developed by ~400 people; after the layoff, Bungie might have similar numbers. There are better techs than the Tiger Engine, or at least new tools to make it sustainable. I am not in the position that PlayStation is at fault here—@Bungie, it's time to truly lock tf in.
