Muslims figured out aesthetic tower building 1000+ years ago, but damn do we need to go back to the drawing board. Take note from this 850 year old tower: >Proportionally 10/10. >Structurally imposing yet modest. > The finial (the golden part at the top), is noticeable but not loud. It comes to a single point - eloquently conveying notions of oneness and divine unity. It's as though the entire structure cascades from that point as creation stems from the One divine source. And modern interpretations of the above + more, are 100% feasible and applicable to commercial buildings. But alas...

Don’t even get me started on that crescent… Unrefined, tacky, loud. An absolute disservice to anyone trying to establish a connection with the divine. It doesn’t evoke the divine, it distracts from it.

It doesn't need to resemble Moroccan architecture. Opted for maghrebi minaret because of the similarities: Square base, square shaft with an upper pavilion... It could've resembled anything except a large office building with a caricature of what "islmaic" "oriental" architecture looks like.
