@AmazonUK Today I experienced my worst Nightmare with Amazon Customer Service. After engaging 4-6 associates over the course of 2 hours where I communicated clearly my attempts to payment something off in full then identifying a glitch in the payment options.
I live in the UK and can confidently state that Congestion Charging has had only a minimum impact on driving in London in fact they are have are raising rates again. Having been to Singapore on multiple occasions (A City full of Expats) I have not noticed any change. Stats Pls!
