@JosephSenaike @jon_d_doe The so called decree was recsinded by Gowon, Order 34. Consistutions and laws are always amended. Had Gowon adhere to what he signed Aburi, there’d be no Biafra secession. FYI: it’s spelt Igbo not Ibo, please take note. We could decide to be mad if you wish.

Are constituition not allowed to be amended? Had Gowon implemented Aburi accord, will Biafra seceed? Some of us read the history
