@GWRHelp Unfortunately as the service is quite infrequent and we were concerned about the reliability of the next train (as it seems the line would be blocked) we have had to get a taxi instead in order to make our flight

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. It failed again so I called the number on your website, there’s no option for eSIM or anything so I went to the technical support option. The lady there said there’s a system issue with issuing eSIMs but I should visit my local store. I asked if she could check >
