@Wickes Yeah I was going to give you a screenshot. I have autism and find talking on the phone without visual queues very difficult often going non verbal so phone calls is not possible. Please just sort your emails so that customer complaints don't get marked as spam and blocked

I heartily recommend that anyone considering an installation from @Wickes RECONSIDERS IMMEDIATELY. Their service is garbage. Their products fail. They pass the blame to manufacturers and wash their hands. Their manufacturers lie to avoid responsibilty. NEVER USE WICKES

Never use @Wickes for a new kitchen! I have been strung along for weeks and still haven’t been able to book my new worktops in to be fitted. They’ve gladly taken the £20k off me though!!! Utterly appalling customer service. #kitchen #renovation

@Wickes compensate £5 delivery charges only for your items not being delivered (lie on the tracker to say it is delivered) then customer services not helping unless you resolve it with the store direct wasting hours. The reviews I saw afterwards are right, legit the worst service

@Wickes Already had a response from Jon Cooze from Wickes. My reference - 728097-8719-V. Wickes have been replacing the cracked doors for last 9 yrs they paid for fitting. Now, in last year of warranty they refused. We know we will have to replace doors ourselves from next year
