@Uber_Support has anyone ever been able to get Uber to stop billing for Uber1? Customer service is non existent and I don’t even recall ever signing up for it - no use for me in the kind of user I am. $18.00 per month forever, and no amount of cancelling attempts seem to work.

@UberEats CA LAW STATES we have the right to talk to a LIVE person. I have not been able to do so. Shopper clearly stated that she told the cashier to remove items but didn’t remove it on the app. Now I’m charged for items I never received! Why does Uber not care about the law??

@UberEats CA LAW STATES we have the right to talk to a LIVE person. I have not been able to do so. Shopper clearly stated that she told the cashier to remove items but didn’t remove it on the app. Now I’m charged for items I never received! Why does Uber not care about the law??

@UberEats I received the wrong order and all I got was an apology and no refund! I have been charged for a product I did not receive!! Make it make sense. Absolute thieves! I am definitely cancelling my Uberone membership.

@Uber_Support #1 Your support team is redirecting the issue to the partner company, but even when the partner company uploads the document, your AI verification system still fails to recognize a valid legal document. At this point, all the conditions for a legal case have been formed.
