You are woefully misinformed, and you should stop until you go and read the research on this issue. There are many, many studies that show that it is impossible for manipulation of the neck to cause a dissection, and many studies that show that regardless of if a patient sees a regular doctor or a chiropractor for headache and neck pain the chance of them soon being diagnosed with a stroke is exactly the same. It's because they were already having a stroke and the symptoms were mild and it was missed equally regardless of healthcare practitioner they saw. Regardless of treatment received (med or manipulation), the stroke naturally progressed and then they end up in ER diagnosed with stroke. When those who saw the chiro say they got adjusted then everyone assumes it was that, and it wasn't. The research is very clear and robust on this, go read it before you say anything else on the matter. Further, go read the article Death by Medicine, which is written by medical doctors, and explain to me why it's legal for western medicine to do some of the things they do resulting in it being the 3rd leading cause of death in the country.
