Base has nothing to do with the blockchain mentality. They asked me the reason why I was transferring 37 STRK to another wallet. This is govs shit, not blockchain. Crazy fees surrounding every single operation, and worse, they try to trap you into their ecosystem at the point they have a social network too 😂. And it was crazy complex already. I'd rather read a very well made resume of the book, and then go directly to Solidity. Since they'll be forced to guarantee retro-compatibility during upgrades, that's a better ROI activity, imo.

Ethereum’s next major upgrade, Glamsterdam, is moving into its final testing phase and is expected on mainnet in the second half of 2026 (most likely around September–October). Here’s what it actually does for the network: - It introduces enshrined Proposer-Builder Separation (ePBS), which makes block building more decentralized and reduces reliance on external relays. - It adds Block-Level Access Lists so the network can process many independent transactions in parallel instead of one by one. - It paves the way for a much higher gas limit (targeting around 200 million) and better fee pricing. Result: higher throughput, lower fees for everyday users, stronger resistance to censorship, and a more scalable base layer — without sacrificing decentralization. Glamsterdam is the practical scaling step Ethereum needs right now. It clears the path for everything that comes after, including Hegota. Quietly important upgrade.
