@ghostofkurta if you read the subtext Kishimoto and ikemoto are actively using Boruto to adress these very issues. Part 1 showed the flawed view Naruto has ALWAYS had of hokage and he needed to grow. while Naruto saved the world he changed it and it’s problematic systems much less…
